My Order

How do I place my order?

Browse through our ever-growing range of products, until you find something of your preference & liking. Click on the product for a detailed description of it, choose from size, color, and variant and number of items you want. Click on ‘Add to Cart’. You can then continue your shopping until you are ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your shopping cart while you are shopping, click on Cart logo at the top right hand side of the page. Then to pay for the products you need to click on Checkout button and follow very simple instructions on screen through our secure one page check out process. How do I determine the size of the product?

Detailed dimensions of the products have been provided under description and an image size scale to help you in determining suitable size.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes you can. Simply call our helpful Customer Support team on +917237884444 (Monday - Saturday 10.00am to 6.00pm) and they will assist you in the buying process.

Are the colours on the site accurate?

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our customer care team with any questions.

How will I receive my order?

Your order is packaged under three layer protection to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible. All products are shipped through our affiliated third party courier companies to ensure a timely delivery.

How will I get confirmation of my order?

You will be notified through an email and an SMS right after you place an order. However, an order will only get confirmed after we verify the payment of the same.

What should I keep handy for my online transaction?

Please keep following things ready at the time of online transactions:

1. For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date and your 3D secure password / OAC.

2. For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.

3. For Net Banking you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

The order was placed by my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. Order failed but my money got deducted. What should I do now?

1. Please check your bank/ credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days

Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email

The Ripplewuds team will never request you to share any of your card, account details over email or over phone. In fact you should not be sharing this information with anyone else.

Can I Add/ Alter an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot add an item after you have already placed an order. In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at care@ripplewuds.com. Our customer care team will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping ideology of RIPPLEWUDS?

We ensure our customers the finest worldliness shopping on our furniture webroom. Our products go through a 3-step quality check before we ship it to our customers and provide with the best service possible.

When is my order Shipped?

Your order is generally shipped in a day or two. If there are any delays we will provide you with relevant information for the same.

When is the order delivered?

We take an estimate of 10-12 working days for the shipment to get delivered but it usually reaches the customer within a week from the date of shipment.

What's the difference in Air shipping & Surface Shipping?

Products weighing under 1.5 kg are shipped under the Air mode and estimated delivery time for Air mode despatches is of 2-4 working days. Whereas, Volumetric products (Above 1.5kg) are shipped through surface mode and estimated delivery for such items is within 10-12 working days.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be provided with a tracking ID for your order right after the shipment gets dispatched from our warehouse.

Do we apply any shipping charges?

Usually, the customer doesn't need to bear the shipping charges as we provide free shipping on all our products but in certain cases, the customer may have to pay a small amount towards shipping.

What happens to the shipping charges when I return a product I didn't like?

Ripplewuds return policy gives you an option to return the product/s you didn't like. Shipping charges, to and fro our warehouse, however, will not be refunded for these orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not accept international order through our website yet. You can expect it in the very near future.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your order on all 7 days except national and state holidays.

Cancellations & Related Queries

How do I cancel my order?

For prepaid orders, please contact our customer care at care@ripplewuds.com to cancel the order and put in an online refund request.

COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it gets shipped. You can cancel an order for any reason only up to the point of dispatch. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel it. The shipping charges to & fro shall be paid by customer in uneventful case of refund.

What if I do not like the product or cannot take delivery of my order? Can I cancel the order?

We, at Ripplewuds, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) and refunds for order cancellations.

In the rare case when you absolutely don't like the product or don't have the space to keep it or have some unforeseen circumstances that make you cancel the order, you have to raise the same at the time of delivery. The following restocking fees are applicable:

For products priced less than Rs. 10000 (other than sofas)

1. In case you want to exchange the item for a different product that is priced lesser by more than Rs. 500, then there will be additional charge of Rs.500.00.

2. In case you want to exchange the item for a different product that is priced up to Rs. 500 lesser than the current item, then an additional charge of Rs. 500 reduced by the differential price between two items will be levied

3. In case you want to exchange the item for a product that is priced equal to or more than the current product, then an additional charge of Rs. 500 plus the differential price will be levied

4. In case you absolutely want to cancel your order and don't want any other products, then a cancellation charge of Rs. 1500 will be levied against your order.

For products priced above Rs. 10000 (other than sofas)

5. In case you want to exchange the item for a different product that is priced lesser by more than Rs. 1,000.00, then there will be additional charge of Rs.1,000.00.

6. In case you want to exchange the item for a different product that is priced up to Rs. 1000 lesser than the current item, then an additional charge of Rs. 1000 reduced by the differential price between two items will be levied

7. In case you want to exchange the item for a product that is priced equal to or more than the current product, then an additional charge of Rs. 1000 plus the differential price will be levied

8. In case you absolutely want to cancel your order and don't want any other products, then a cancellation charge of Rs. 3000 will be levied against your order

For Sofas: We cannot offer exchanges or cancellations of any kind on sofas.

FOR ALL PRODUCTS: Once the product gets delivered we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check ordered products at the time of delivery. Any product, once delivered, shall not be returned or exchanged.

Installation

Do you provide free installation of the product?

No, All of our products are DIY (Do-It-Yourself). If you wish you can avail a hourly paid service starting from 199/- only.

When does the installation gets done?

Usually, Installation is provided within 1-2 working days after the shipment has been done.

Do I need to request for the installation?

We keep a track of the orders which are eligible for free installation and let the customers know when we arrange for the free installation. In case, if you do not get a response from our end regarding the installation you can always get in touch with us through mail or a phone call and we will provide you with the installation in no time.

My product is not eligible for free installation, I still require help assembling the product?

All our products come with an installation manual but if you still require help in installation, we can provide you with the installation guy for which you will pre- pay distance location proportionate installation charges minimum Rs. 500 onwards.
